Our experienced sushi chefs always roll our sushi fresh, so we can guarantee high quality at all times. We offer you a large selection of exciting sushi creations: From classics to tasty veggie variations. And we also like to try out unconventional things, such as sushi with hilt tartare or crunchy marinated carrot. And if you don't want sushi, we also offer warming soups and rich bowls.

Sustainability

We continuously strive to improve across various areas. We serve ASC-certified Selva Shrimps from their natural mangrove habitat. Our salmon comes from sustainable aquaculture in Norway and is also ASC-certified. The tuna we use is sourced from longline fisheries in the Western Pacific and is MSC-certified.

With us, you can not only eat the most delicious sushi but also learn how to make it yourself...and then eat it too, of course! With our courses, we have been teaching the most important things for over 15 years so that you can become your own sushi master.
